We are a locally owned and operated business, dedicated to providing this area with the best family-friendly crawl space services. Delmarva is our home, so we make it our personal mission to implement solutions to help our neighbors protect their families, and home, and provide peace of mind.

Our Story

Growing up in Sussex Country, Delaware, K.C. Conaway, founder of Guardian Crawl Space Company, has always had a passion for his community and serving the ones that live here.  For over two decades, he has served this community in his career and non-profit work.  He made it his life’s mission to leave a legacy and help contribute to a better local community.       

In 2000, K.C. and his wife Kristy both graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health Science.  Following college, K.C. served the citizens of Delaware as an Environmental Scientist and Environmental Program Manager with the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC).  K.C. also served on DNREC’s Environmental Emergency Response Team which addresses and remediates hazardous environmental issues across the state. 

Deeply rooted in their faith, K.C. and Kristy have been happily married for over 20 years and are the proud parents of two girls, Keelie and Kaylin.  One of their greatest passions has been serving their community together.  Both have been actively involved in youth ministry at their local church for over 20 years.  In 2012, K.C. helped found a local nonprofit charity called the Good Ole Boy Foundation.  For the past 10 years, this foundation has been very active in the community assisting families in their times of unforeseen difficulty.  Serving this community has truly been a passion for K.C. & Kristy for many years.

With a passion for the environment and helping others, K.C. launched Guardian Crawl Space Company.  K.C. always had a dream of owning his own company.  Not just any company but a company focused on creating peace of mind, making people happy, and genuinely caring for those it serves.  His goal is not to become the biggest crawl space company, but to be the most trusted crawl space company.
